About our Seminar:
Heaven. Hell. The End of the World. For Christians and non-Christians alike, these topics provoke a variety of emotions and reactions: curiosity, confusion, joy, hope, fear, anticipation, or maybe even anger. Sadly, these critical topics are often embellished, fantasized, diluted, abused, or altogether avoided in our day. So what does the Bible say about these things? Is the Apocalypse upon us? Do we know what heaven will be like? What about hell? Is it literal? Is it eternal? How do we even begin to think about these mind-blowing realities? During this seminar we will explore God’s Word in search of answers to these questions and more. In the end, we will discover that despite of all the controversy surrounding heaven, hell, and the end of the world, several things are clear: Christ will come back, Satan will be defeated, all men will be judged, and the glory of God will cover the earth like the waters cover the sea. And by the end of this Men’s Retreat, hopefully and humbly we will walk away with a cry on our lips and a testimony in our lives that echoes the final cry of the Scriptures: “Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!

To the Men of Midway-

I’m writing to you quicky to let you all know that we still have room for more men to sign up for our Letters From Dad sessions we will begin on March 9th. Letters From Dad, for those of you that missed the Men’s Breakfast on 2/9, is a 4 session program that focuses on helping us guys write letters to our family and loved ones with the intent of giving them something that they can hold onto for the rest of their lives that lets them know how much they mean to us, and what our hopes are for them and their lives. Click HERE to watch some videos that will give you a good overview of what this is all about. I’d recommend the “Is It Worth It” and “The Heart of Letters From Dad” videos if you just watch a couple (but watch them all if you have the time). This is going to be an awesome journey and we’d love to have you along.

Our session schedule is as follows:

Session 1 – Saturday 3/9 7:30-9:30am
Session 2 – Saturday 3/30 7:30-9:30am
Session 3 – Saturday 4/27 7:30-9:30am
Session 4 (Final Session) – Saturday 5/25 7:30-9:30am

It has already been mentioned that both Memorial Day weekend and Spring break weekend are included in the dates above. Hopefully most people will still be able to attend, but regardless, we will hold a make up session for each session. So, here are the dates for he make-up sessions:

Session 1 make-up: Monday 3/11 8-10pm
Session 2 make-up: Monday 4/8 8-10pm
Session 3 make-up: Monday 4/29 8-10pm
Session 4 (Final Session) make-up: Tuesday 5/28 8-10pm
